Top 10 Ruls of TRAI for DTH Operators 2019

(1) Every DTH Customer Can select their own channel. Every Customer will dicide Which channel he want to see on his  TV.

(2) Any Customer Can't Choose lesser than 100 TV channels. The pack of 100 channel is base pack(Starting pack of DTH). The fee of Base pack is (100 channels) which is Rs. 130+18% GST. Total cost of the Base pack is Rs. 153.

(3) The Custmor must have to pay Extra charge for Selecting above of 100 DTH TV channels. Extra charge will apply according to DTH operator Channel Price.

(4) You Can Select All FTA(Free to Air) Channels in your Base pack.

(5) All TRAI Ruls will applied after 31st January on Every customer.

(6) If You have been recharged anually or any longer DTH pack before 1st February. TRAI Rules will not Applied on you. TRAI rules will applied after ending your previous pack.

(7) Your Operator can't force you for selecting any channels.

(8) If you are selecting all high quality channels it will cost you more than Base pack.

(9) if Any customers Complaints some problems on his DTH connection. If complaint will not fixed in between 72Hrs. Then repairing will be free of cost.

(10) If you want Discontinue from any DTH operator Service you have to Inform your DTH operator. After Disconnection of your DTH your security Deposit will be paid between 7days. Operator T&C* applied.
